We have full-fledged manufacturing facility for producing pharmaceutical intermediates and chemicals. We have two separate blocks for stainless steel and glass lined reactors. The downstream operations have centrifuges, ANFD tray driers, FBD Millers, Sifters, Blenders, etc. Hexagon strongly believes in focusing on customer requirements and delivering quality products in time.
Pilot Plant with a capacity of small scale is also provided for effective scale up of products from lab scale to commercial scale of production.
Quality control is an essential operation in any pharmaceutical industry. We believe quality control refers to the sum of all the procedures undertaken to ensure the identity and purity of any pharma product.
We also believe that the quality control is not confined to laboratory operations but must be involved in all decisions concerning the quality of the product from the purchase and storage of all raw material to the process, quality control, testing up untill the labelling and packaging of the final product at our end.
We have installed equipments like HPLC GC spectrophotometer polarimeter etc to ensure consistent quality of products.
